The Challenge
TalentFlow had a powerful product, but users found the initial setup overwhelming. 60% of free trials were abandoned before the user imported their first employee list.
Our Solution
We overhauled the UX, breaking the setup into bite-sized, gamified steps with a progress indicator. We implemented smart defaults and a guided interactive tour using React Joyride to highlight key features contextually.
